Review

"As may be expected from a keen psychiatrist's vantage, Praise for the Flip Side impresses with unexpected, striking images and elegant, abrupt line-word breaks. Wallace continues to haunt the reader with the delicate punch of Scaffolds, a poem evoking its multiple meanings with wonderful rhythm and memorable word pairs. Both poems are thankfully alive with experiences worth relating, as Wallace avoids the temptation to droll on and on, over-analyzing the all too common." - Houston Poetry Review
